Roles and Responsibilities Working and handling of LT/11 KV HT Panel, Metering ,Relay system , DG Set, Air Compressor, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Water system, Fire pump room, Fire system and ETP, Breakdown handling and preventive maintenance of Utility equipment Planning and follow-up of ongoing projects Initiatives of Energy saving activities, reduction of compressed air leakage Cost saving through spare localization, breakdown reduction, Energy Saving Improvement through Low-cost automation, in-house repairing, modification etc. Manpower handling and team management Handling and operation of Fire Detection and Firefighting equipment. Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Ensuring facility equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly Handling of breakdowns in equipment/machines including Building maintenance Monitoring of day-to-day Energy Consumption ,analysis and sharing the findings with management . Monitoring of day-to-day Equipment/Utility Checklists, Shift handovers and any pending activities Ordering and maintaining spares, consumables inventory through SAP Preparing and adhering to preventive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum reliability of equipment Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Providing technical training to site technicians, mechanics, and relevant technical staff Support Team for Project Feasibility Study & preparing plans for projects which are in pipeline Investigate new technologies & establish technical standards for facility & equipment Maintaining safety regulations as per guidelines and Local laws. Ensure Zero Incident Targets during project execution & maintenance activities. Ensure overall regulatory compliance & maintain associated documentation. Qualifications & Competencies - Full time Degree in Electrical l Engineering from reputed Engineering college. Having at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of Electrical Installation and Maintenance, project management Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively in a team Flexible to work in shifts & any emergencies or organization priorities Desired Candidate Profile Good knowledge of Electrical system, Good Experience in Maintenance department Good exposure of Handling Utilities equipment Good knowledge of electrical drawings reading and designing Good verbal and written communication skills. Team Management skills Problem-solving skills.
